Fatalities: Over the past three years, there have been zero fatalities at our operations for both direct employees and contractors. By 2030, we are committed to having a methodology developed in order to assess whether employees are receiving a living wage.
All our employees in all operations are hired with salaries above the current legal minimum wage, which we adjust annually according to the CPI increase. In addition, we have a series of emotional salary schemes tailored to the specific needs of teams, businesses and operations to promote a positive work-life balance.
